An important opportunity has come up for the youth looking for jobs in Rajasthan. The state government has issued a notification for the vacant posts of Conductor under RSSB (Rajasthan Staff Selection Board).

Appointments will be made on bumper posts through this recruitment. The application process will start from 27 March 2025 and will run till 25 April 2025. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of RSSB rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or the SSO portal within the stipulated dates.

This recruitment drive is being run for the recruitment of 454 posts of conductors in Rajasthan. Under the campaign, 155 posts of general category, 80 posts of Scheduled Caste, 54 posts of Scheduled Tribe, 95 posts of Other Backward Classes, 22 posts of Extremely Backward Classes, 45 posts of Economically Weaker Sections, and 3 posts of Saharia Primitive Tribes of Baran district will be filled.

To join this recruitment, candidates must have passed the secondary (10th) examination from a recognized board. Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to have a valid license and badge of the operator.

According to the notification, the age of the candidate to apply should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1, 2026. Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per the rules.

In the selection process, candidates will have to appear in a written examination. This exam will be based on multiple-choice questions, in which a total of 100 questions will be asked. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours (120 minutes) and there will be no negative marking.

The application process will start from 27 March 2025 and will run till 25 April 2025. Applications will be accepted only through online mode. For this, candidates have to visit the official website of RSSB.
