There is good news for the residents of Delhi. Now, there will be no need to stand in long queues or make repeated rounds of government offices to resolve issues related to ration cards. The Delhi government has launched a new initiative under which 'Public Hearing Camps' (Jansunwai Camps) will be organized every week to resolve people's grievances on the spot.

The Delhi government has taken a significant step to resolve ration card-related issues in a faster and more streamlined manner. Starting May 2, 2026, the government will organize 'Public Hearing Camps' every Saturday. These camps will be held at all district offices across Delhi from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where people's complaints will be addressed immediately.
