The central government provides free food grains across the country. A ration card is necessary for this. The government has linked the ration card to your Aadhaar card. However, many times many types of complaints are received regarding the non-availability of free food grains. If this happens to you, then you can register a complaint online.

Register a complaint from the NFSA website.

If you are not getting a ration, then you can register an online complaint by visiting nfsa.gov.in.

After this, you have to tap on the online Grievance option.

Then you have to register your complaint with your State, District, name, Aadhaar card number, email, and mobile number along with address, ration card fair price shop number, and fair price shop name and select the attachment.

After this, you have to enter the captcha code and save it. In this way, you can register a complaint. After receiving your complaint, the government will take immediate action.

Complain from toll toll-free number
If you want to complain by calling, then you have to register a complaint on the toll-free number of your respective state.
Ration card users have to visit the National Food Security Portal to know the toll-free number of their state.
Here you have to go to the Citizen Corner option, on clicking you have to tap on the Toll-Free online helpline number in the state option.

You can complain by email
If you want to complain about ration card irregularities, then e-mail can be a medium. For this, you have to send an mail to cfood@nic.in. However, this facility is available in Delhi. Also, online complaints can be lodged from http://fs.delhigovt.nicin portal in Delhi. Apart from this, citizens of Delhi can register a complaint on 1800110841.
