Rajasthan Budget 2025: Know where the metro will run in Jaipur in the second phase, this is how much it will cost

Rajasthan Finance Minister Diya Kumari presented the Rajasthan budget today. In her budget, she has put special focus on the ever-increasing traffic pressure in Rajasthan. Due to this, she has given a big gift of metro expansion to the capital Jaipur. The second phase will start at a cost of 12 thousand crores.

According to media reports, she said that under the second phase of Jaipur Metro, work will be done from Sitapura Industrial Area of ​​​​Jaipur to Ambabari, Vidyadhar Nagar for 12 thousand crores. At the same time, the survey will be done for the metro in Jagatpur and Vaishali Nagar as well. It is worth noting that recently Minister Jogaram Patel said that Jaipur Metro Phase 2 and Metro Phase 3 will gain momentum.

The detailed project report (DPR) of Phase 2 and expansion will be ready in the next three months. Work will be done on this basis. Phase one in Jaipur is currently from Mansarovar to Badi Chaupad, the work of expanding it is underway on both sides.
