The Rajasthan Board has released the datesheet for the 10th and 12th exams in 2026, bringing great relief to students. This year, a record number of over 900,000 students will appear for these exams, which begin on February 12th.

Big news has arrived for millions of students in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released the datesheet for the 2026 Class 10 and 12 exams. Students who have been waiting for the exam schedule for a long time have now found relief. This year, a record number of students will appear for the Rajasthan Board's 12th exam.

According to information provided by the board, 95,872 candidates will appear for the exams. This number clearly demonstrates the tremendous level of preparation for the board exams. The board has advised students to ignore rumors and rely only on official information.

Changes in Question Paper Pattern

This year, the Rajasthan Board has also made some changes to the 12th exam pattern. The board has increased the weighting of long-answer questions. In the 2026 Class 12 exam, most subjects will have 80-mark question papers. These include Public Administration, Economics, History, Mathematics, Hindi Literature, English Literature, Political Science, Sanskrit Literature, Philosophy, and other language subjects.

Class 12 Datesheet

  • The Rajasthan Board's 12th exam will begin on February 12th with Psychology. The English paper will be held the following day, February 13th.
  • Public Administration will be held on February 14th, while Geography, Accounting, and Physics will be held on February 16th.
  • The Computer Science and Information Science Practice paper will be held on February 17th.
  • Sanskrit Literature and Sanskrit Language exams are scheduled for February 18th.
  • Environmental Science will be held on February 19th, and Hindi Compulsory on February 20th.
  • Philosophy and General Science exams will be held on February 21st.
  • Papers for Political Science, Geology, and Agriculture will be held on February 23rd.
  • Following this, Painting exams will be held on February 24th, Mathematics exams on February 25th, and English Literature and Hindi Typing on February 26th.
  • Papers for Vedas, Philosophy, Grammar, Astrology, and other traditional subjects will be held on February 27th.
  • Exams for Economics, Biology, and Short Writing will be held on February 28th.
  • In March, papers for History, Business Studies, Chemistry, and Agricultural Chemistry will be held on March 4th.
  • Exams for Music, Dance, and Instrumental Music will be held on March 5th.
  • Exams for Vocational Subjects will be held on March 6th, Sociology on March 7th, and Home Science on March 9th.

This will be followed by papers in Hindi Literature, Urdu Literature, Sindhi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Rajasthani, Persian, and other language subjects, concluding the examination.

10th Datesheet

According to the board, the 10th grade exams will begin on February 12, 2026. The first paper will be English, which will be held on February 12. This will be followed by exams in various vocational subjects on February 14. These include subjects such as automotive, beauty and wellness, healthcare, information technology, retail, tourism and hospitality, personal security, apparel and home decor, electronics and hardware, agriculture, plumbing, telecommunications, banking, financial services and insurance, construction, and food processing.

Students will take the Social Science paper on February 17, while the Hindi exam will be held on February 19. This will be followed by the crucial Science paper on February 21, for which students typically prepare the most. Regarding language subjects, the Sanskrit (first paper) exam will be held on February 24. Following this, exams for Sanskrit, Urdu, Gujarati, Sindhi, and Punjabi will be held as third language subjects on February 26. Finally, the Rajasthan Board 10th exam will conclude with Sanskrit (second paper) on February 28.
