They have announced the decision to operate a Raksha Bandhan special train between Jabalpur and Hazrat Nizamuddin, providing passengers with an additional travel option.

When will the Raksha Bandhan special train run?

According to the Railways, this special train (bearing numbers 01701/01702) will make one round trip in each direction. One leg of the journey will be from Jabalpur to Hazrat Nizamuddin, and the return leg will be from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Jabalpur.

Jabalpur to Hazrat Nizamuddin: Train No. 01701 will depart on August 29, 2026, at 8:20 PM.
Hazrat Nizamuddin to Jabalpur: Train No. 01702 will depart on August 30, 2026, at 3:45 PM.
