RailOne App: Railways launched super mobile app, you will get these facilities from ticket booking..

Indian Railways has launched its new RailOne app on Tuesday. This superapp was launched by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. This app is going to provide facilities to the users by bringing all the public services of the railways on a single platform. It will provide many services like ticket booking, PNR status check, ticket refund, and ordering food in the train. This app is available on both Android and iOS platforms. This is the same app that was introduced in beta version as the SwaRail app in February, and now its final version has been launched.

Special features of the RailOne app

The RailOne app has been developed by the Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), the technology branch of the Railways. This app is available for free download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Main features available in it

Reserved and unreserved ticket booking.

Platform ticket booking.

Checking PNR status.

Information about the coach position at the railway station.

Freight and parcel delivery inquiry.

Real Time Train Tracking

Users will get live status of the train, arrival time, delay information, and other important updates through the RailOne app. This will enable passengers to plan their journey in a better way. Passengers can also avail of the Rail Madad service through the RailOne app. Through this, passengers can register their complaints and track their status. Also, there is an option to give feedback in the app. The facility of ordering food on the train during the journey is also available through the RailOne app. Passengers can book their favorite food from partner vendors through the app.

Refund and payment facility

If the journey is cancelled or missed for any reason, then passengers can request a refund directly from the RailOne app. It also has the facility of R-Wallet, which makes payment even easier.

Multi-language and Single Sign-On (SSO) support

Multilingual support has been provided in the RailOne app. Additionally, it also has a Single Sign-On (SSO) system, allowing users to log in to other railway apps like IRCTC RailConnect and UTS Mobile App using their RailOne credentials. There is also an option of biometric authentication or m-PIN for login.
