How to Register on the RailOne App
Existing IRCTC users can log in using their IRCTC username and password. New users can register with their mobile number, after which an OTP-based verification process will be completed.
How to Book a Reserved Ticket on the RailOne App
To book a reserved ticket, users must log in and select the "Book Tickets" option on the home screen. After selecting “Reserved,” passengers can enter the source and destination stations, travel dates, and preferred class. The app will display train options, available seats, and fares. After selecting a train, passengers must enter their details and complete the payment via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. Tickets will appear in the “My Bookings” section.
RailOne App: Unreserved Ticket Booking
This app also allows the purchase of unreserved tickets for local and general train journeys. Passengers must select “Unreserved Ticket,” enter travel details, and make the payment. A QR-based digital ticket will be generated and saved in the app.
RailOne App: Platform Ticket Feature
Digital platform tickets can also be booked using RailOne. Passengers can select their station, enter details, make the online payment, and receive a QR ticket that will be saved in the app.
Booking Management
All tickets booked through the app are saved in the “My Bookings” section. Users can check both upcoming and past tickets. This section also offers ticket cancellation if needed. With RailOne, Indian Railways aims to simplify ticketing and provide a single app for both regular and occasional travelers.
