Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of the country's largest public sector banks, has issued a new customer care number for its customers on the occasion of its 129th Foundation Day. PNB has launched 1800-1800 and 1800-2021 numbers.

PNB said that the purpose of launching the new toll-free customer care number is to provide customers with a seamless and hassle-free experience while contacting the customer care team.

Features of the new customer care number
The new customer care numbers - 1800-1800 and 1800-2021 will be available 24x7, seven days a week. Apart from this, for the convenience of the customers, the facility of many languages will also be available on these numbers.

The customer can use this number to check his account balance and past transactions, issue/block a debit card and avail of other key services provided by the bank.

The Bank has introduced Mobile Banking App PNB One, PABL (Pre-Approved Business Loan), Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), Digital KCC through Jan Samarth Portal, TAB and Video-KYC, Current Account Opening through PNB Eswar and PNB Metaverse. Also introduced other products like e-marketplace and instant QR.
