PMKSNY- 18th installment of PM Kisan Yojana may come next month, know full details

The Indian central government runs various types of government schemes for the economically weaker people of the country, whose aim is to help and uplift these people, one such scheme is Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which is an important scheme started by the central government to assist farmers across the country. Main features of the scheme:

Financial assistance: Eligible farmers get ₹ 6,000 annually, which is distributed in three equal installments of ₹ 2,000.

Distribution schedule: Instalments are usually released every four months, ensuring that farmers receive a total of ₹2,000 three times a year

Current status and upcoming installments:

17th installment: The 17th installment has already been distributed, with ₹2,000 being credited to the bank accounts of eligible farmers through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

18th installment: This installment may be distributed in the last week of October or the first week of November. However, as of now, there is no official confirmation about the exact date.

Farmers should be aware of the following conditions to ensure that they continue to receive their benefits:

e-KYC: Farmers must complete their e-KYC within the specified time frame to remain eligible.

Land verification: Their land must be verified as part of the scheme requirements.

Aadhaar and Bank Linkage: Their Aadhaar card must be linked to their bank account to facilitate smooth transactions.
