PM Vishwakarma Yojana: Know about the benefits of this scheme and what is its eligibility

The central government is running many welfare schemes for the people and one of them is the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana. There is a provision to give benefits to 18 traditional trades in this scheme. In such a situation, if you also want to join this scheme, then today know what benefits are available in it.

What is the eligibility?

Masons, sculptors, stone carvers, stone breakers, boat builders, blacksmiths, hammer and toolkit makers, cobblers/shoemakers, fishing net manufacturers, goldsmiths, locksmiths, barbers, hair cutters, garlanders, washermen and tailors, basket/mat/broom makers, weapon makers, doll and toy makers.

What are the benefits?

After joining the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, you are given training for a few days, and for this, you are given a stipend of Rs 500 per day. Rs 15,000 is given to buy a toolkit. After this, a loan of Rs 1 lakh and then an additional Rs 2 lakh is given, that too without guarantee.
