PM Surya Ghar Yojana: If this happens, your electricity bill will start coming to zero

Many types of schemes are being run by the Central Government for the welfare of the people. One of these is PM Surya Ghar Yojana. Under this scheme, solar panels will be installed on the roof of one crore houses in the country by the Central Government.

Through this, beneficiaries can get up to 300 units of free electricity. At the same time, people also have the option of selling the electricity generated from the solar panel to the government if it is not fully used. If this happens, the electricity bill will start coming to zero with the use of solar panels.

The government provides subsidy on installing solar panels by a person. A subsidy of Rs 30,000 is provided by the government on 1 kW solar system, Rs 60,000 on 2 kW and Rs 78,000 on solar panel connection of 3 kW or more.
