PM Kisan Yojana: Following the release of 23 installments under the PM Kisan Yojana, farmers across the country are now looking forward to the next installment. Beneficiaries have several questions and are eager to know about the 24th installment. Find out when you might receive your next payment.

PM Kisan Yojana: Millions of farmers across the country are awaiting the next (24th) installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under the scheme's rules, the government directly transfers financial assistance of ₹2,000 to farmers' bank accounts every four months. Given the timing of the previous installment, there is speculation among farmers as to whether the 24th installment will be released in September or October.

If you are a beneficiary of this scheme, ensure that your e-KYC is completed and your bank account is properly linked so that the installment amount reaches your account without any interruption. It is crucial for farmers to have accurate information to avoid being misled by rumors. Let us look at the official update regarding the next PM Kisan installment.

Strong possibility of the 24th installment arriving by October

According to the rules of the PM Kisan Yojana, the government releases an installment of ₹2,000 every four months. Since the previous (23rd) installment was released in June, it is highly likely that the next (24th) installment will arrive by October. However, the government has not yet officially confirmed a specific date for the release of the installment.

Complete your e-KYC immediately

If you want the next installment to be credited directly to your account without any hindrance, complete your e-KYC immediately. Without e-KYC, the government may withhold your financial assistance. You can easily complete this process from the comfort of your home using an OTP sent to your mobile phone or by visiting a nearby Common Service Center (CSC). Make sure to visit the bank and get this done.

To receive the installment payment, it is essential that your bank account is linked to your Aadhaar card and that DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) is enabled on it. If there is a spelling error in your name in the bank account or any other technical issue, your payment could get stuck. Therefore, to avoid any complications, visit your bank branch in time and have your account checked.
