Prime Minister Narendra Modi has distributed the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi to the accounts of lakhs of farmers. On Monday, PM Modi transferred Rs 22,000 crore to the accounts of 9.8 crore farmers from Bhagalpur, Bihar. However, many farmers are still waiting for their payment, as Rs 2,000 of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has not been deposited in their accounts. If you are also in such a situation, then there is no need to worry.

E-KYC and Land Record Verification

There can be many reasons for the delay in receiving funds from PM Kisan Yojana. One important reason may be that e-KYC and land record verification have not been completed correctly while filling the application form. If e-KYC has been ignored, the funds will not be transferred to your account.

It is important to complete the e-KYC process

It is important for every farmer to complete the e-KYC process to ensure that the money is deposited directly into their accounts, eliminating the need for middlemen. e-KYC for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi can be completed in three ways. First, you can complete the e-KYC process independently through the portal or mobile application using the OTP sent to the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card.

You can visit a Common Service Centre.

Alternatively, you can visit a Common Service Centre (CSC) to undergo biometric-based e-KYC. The third option is face authentication, which allows you to complete e-KYC by scanning your face with the camera on your mobile device or laptop. Additionally, you can avail of e-KYC services by visiting the nearest CSC center, where you need to show your Aadhaar card and the mobile number linked to it.
