Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 19th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on Monday (24 January 2025) from Bhagalpur, Bihar. Under this scheme, about 10 crore farmers were transferred Rs 23,000 crore directly to their bank accounts through DBT. Many farmers got this installment, but some farmers have not yet received the money in their accounts. If this installment has not been deposited in your account too, then there is no need to panic. You can complain to the competent authorities and get your problem resolved quickly.

How to complain online on the PM-Kisan portal?

You can register a complaint online by visiting the official website of PM-Kisan.

Step 1: Go to the "Farmers Corner" section.

Step 2: Click on the "Register Complaint" option.

Step 3: Fill in the required information and submit the complaint.

Step 4: Track the complaint status from the "Know Complaint Status" option.

Contact the State Nodal Officer

Nodal officers have been appointed for the PM-Kisan scheme in every state. You can also register a complaint by contacting the nodal officer of your state. You will find their contact information on the PM-Kisan portal.

Why did you not get the 19th installment?

E-KYC is mandatory under the PM-Kisan scheme. If you have not completed e-KYC, immediately go to the PM-Kisan portal and do OTP-based e-KYC or visit the CSC center and complete biometric e-KYC.

The transaction may fail due to the wrong IFSC code, bank account number or Aadhaar number being entered. Contact the local agriculture department or bank branch for a solution and get the correct information updated.

Payment may also fail due to different names registered in the Aadhaar card and bank account. In this case, contact the bank branch and get the correct name updated.

Installation of farmers whose land record verification is incomplete may be stopped. Contact the Agriculture Department or Patwari/Lekhpal of your state and submit the required documents.

What to do to avoid the problem?

Complete e-KYC on time.

Update the correct information of the bank account.

Complete the process of Bhulekh verification.

Check the status on the PM-Kisan portal regularly.

If your 19th installment has not arrived even after all these measures, then contact the officials of the Union Agriculture Ministry. Their contact information is available in the "Contact Us" section of the PM-Kisan portal.
