Other ways to complain
Farmers who have not received Rs 2000 in their account yet, can register their complaint through the online portal as well as other ways. Here we are giving you information about them as well.
Farmers can complain by calling the PM-Kisan helpline number 1800-115-526 or 155261. This helpline number is open from 6 am to 10 pm.
Along with this, farmers can email complaints to pmkisan-ict@gov.in. While emailing, you must give all your information like name, address, Aadhaar number, and bank account details.
For what reasons does the installment not come?
Under this scheme, farmers must get e-KYC done. The installment of such farmers whose KYC is not complete is stopped.
Along with this, if there is any mistake in your bank account number, IFSC code, or Aadhaar number, then the transaction may fail.
Bank transactions may also be stopped if there are different names on Aadhaar card, bank account and other documents.
