The 20th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme is likely to be released by June 20. Under this scheme, financial assistance is given to farmers. The government has appealed to the farmers to update their eKYC and Aadhaar details as soon as possible so that they can get the benefit of the installment on time. The government has also clarified that farmers whose information is not updated may face delays in getting the benefit of the installment. Therefore, all farmers are requested to update their information as soon as possible. Under the PM-Kisan scheme, farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year, which is given in three installments. The objective of this scheme is to strengthen the financial condition of the farmers and provide them with the necessary resources for farming.
The farmers need to update their information on time so that they do not face any kind of inconvenience. To take advantage of this initiative of the government, all farmers should update their eKYC and Aadhaar details as soon as possible.

Under this scheme, farmers get ₹ 2,000 every four months through DBT, which helps them meet their farming costs and household needs. So far, 19 installments have been released, the last of which was given in February 2025. The next installment is expected in June, although officials have not yet given a fixed date.
