Similar to the PM Kisan Yojana, the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mandhan Yojana (PM-KISAN Yojana) is a Government of India scheme that benefits small and marginal farmers. This scheme provides financial assistance in old age.

This scheme aims to ensure that farmers, who work hard to feed the nation, have a source of monthly income after retirement. This frees them from the stress of monthly income. This scheme is particularly beneficial for many farmers who have little or no savings for old age.

Monthly Pension
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mandhan Yojana, eligible farmers receive a monthly pension after the age of 60. This is a voluntary scheme. Farmers are required to deposit a small amount every month until they reach the age of 60.

Once enrolled, farmers are assured a maximum monthly pension of ₹3,000.

These are the necessary rules:
To register under the PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, farmers must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
Farmers must own a maximum of two hectares of agricultural land, as per the land records of their state or union territory.

Farmers are also required to make monthly deposits.
The premium for farmers will be determined based on the age at which they register for this pension scheme. This premium can range from ₹55 to ₹200.
You can register under this scheme by visiting your nearest Common Service Center.

These documents will be required:
