PM Kisan 21st Installment: The long wait for millions of farmers across the country has finally ended today. If you're involved in farming and are a beneficiary of the PM Kisan Yojana, check your bank account immediately. You may have already received the bank message you've been waiting for weeks. PM Modi has released the much-awaited 21st installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi from Andhra Pradesh to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This financial assistance from the government, after the festive season and at this crucial time for Rabi sowing, is no less than a major gift for farmers.

9 Crore Farmers' Faces Brighten
Earlier, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan shared information on the social media platform 'X' (formerly Twitter) that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would transfer the Samman Nidhi amount to the bank accounts of approximately 9 crore farmers across the country at around 1:30 pm today. However, this amount was released slightly behind schedule.

Farmers in these states have already received assistance.
While the 21st installment was released today in most parts of the country, farmers in some states have already received this amount. The government had already transferred this money to the accounts of farmers in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Jammu and Kashmir.

There was a very sensitive reason behind this. These states had been facing the brunt of natural disasters for some time. Floods and landslides had caused severe damage to agriculture. To support farmers in this time of crisis, the government made advance payments to these states without waiting for the 21st installment.

Money was not credited to their accounts.
Amidst such great good news, there may be some farmers whose installment of Rs. 2,000 has not reached their accounts today. If you are one of them, it is important to understand the reasons behind this. The biggest and main reason for the non-receipt of funds is the incomplete e-KYC.

The government has made e-KYC mandatory to maintain transparency and prevent fraud. If you haven't completed this process yet, your installment may be delayed. Furthermore, this scheme is only for farmers who earn their livelihood from farming their registered land. If there are any discrepancies in the land documents or the name on the Aadhaar card and bank account, the money may be held up.

The good news is that this problem can be resolved. You can complete your e-KYC by visiting the official website of the PM Kisan Yojana or your nearest Common Service Center (CSC). Once your documents are correct, the withheld amount will be released in the next process.
