1. Open the PhonePe app
Open the PhonePe app on your smartphone. If you don't have the app yet, you can download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and sign in.
2. Access your profile
When you are in the app, tap the profile icon located in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile settings.
3. Go to Bank Accounts
In your profile settings, you will see several options. Look for “Bank Accounts” and click on it. This section allows you to manage the bank accounts linked to your PhonePe profile.
4. Add New Bank Account
Once you are in the Bank Accounts section, tap “Add New Bank”. A list of available banks will appear.
5. Choose your bank
Choose the bank you want to add. PhonePe will automatically fetch the account details linked to that bank.
6. Set UPI PIN
After you choose your bank, you will be asked to set a UPI PIN. If you don’t have one yet, simply click “Set UPI PIN” and follow the on-screen instructions.
7. Enter OTP
To verify your identity, PhonePe will send you an OTP (one-time password) to the mobile number linked to your bank account. Enter this OTP in the app to complete the process.
