This means that if a major accident occurs during Diwali, the insurance company will provide financial assistance for medical expenses or other necessary expenses. The validity of this policy is 11 days. This means that you can only benefit from insurance if an incident occurs during the 11 days surrounding Diwali. This covers not only you, but also your spouse and up to two children. This means the entire family can be protected with a single policy.

Hospitalization or Daycare Treatment: Everything Covered
If you are injured by firecrackers and require hospitalization, this insurance will cover you. If the treatment takes more than 24 hours, the expenses will be covered. If the treatment is less than 24 hours, known as daycare treatment, it is also covered. Importantly, if the accident is serious and results in death, the insurance amount will still be paid to the family.

There's no need to visit an agent or office to get this insurance. Simply open the PhonePe app on your mobile. Open the Insurance section within the app. You'll see an option called Firecracker Insurance. Click on it to read the full details of the plan. Then, enter your details, pay ₹11, and the insurance will start within minutes. If you purchased this insurance before October 12th, you will be eligible for the entire Diwali holiday. If you purchased it after October 12th, the insurance will be valid for 11 days from the date of purchase.
