How to Transfer a PF Account: Whenever people in private jobs change jobs, they have to transfer their old PF account to the new company. Some companies take the UAN number and transfer it directly, but many companies ask the employee to transfer the PF account. But there are many people who do not know how to transfer a PF account; they can learn here.
Transferring PF brings all member IDs to one place.
According to a report by Axis Bank.com, it is important to transfer your PF account so that you can get your retirement savings together. You may have a Universal Account Number (UAN), but different member IDs can be created in every company. This can make it difficult to track your savings and the interest you get on them. Transferring PF brings all member IDs to one place, which makes management easier.
