Free Treatment: There is news of relief from the government for the people injured in road accidents, now free treatment of such people can start in the hospital.

Every year lakhs of people die in road accidents in India. At the same time, some people become disabled forever. To avoid this, many traffic rules have been made by the government.

One of the major reasons for death in road accidents is not getting timely treatment, that is, after the accident, people are not taken to the hospital in time. Even those who reach the hospital, have to go through all kinds of formalities first.

Given this, the central government is providing free treatment up to Rs 1.5 lakh to the people injured in the accident. It has been told that this facility will start being available from this month itself.

The National Highway Authority i.e. NHAI will work as a nodal agency in this whole matter. For this, a pilot project was run in a total of 6 states including Haryana and Punjab, which was successful.

That is, now if someone has an accident and someone takes him to the hospital, his treatment will start immediately. It will not be seen where his family is or who will pay the bill.

The entire cost of the initial treatment of the person injured in a road accident will be borne by the Ministry of Road and Transport, if the expense goes above 1.5 lakhs, then the family will have to pay it.

Let us tell you that one hour after the accident is called the golden hour, that is, this is the time in which it is decided whether the person's life will be saved or not. In such a situation, those who get immediate treatment, they survive.
