Download the required app: To get started, you need to download two applications from Google Play Store:
Aadhaar Face RD App
Jeevan Pramaan App
Open Jeevan Pramaan App: After installing the app, open the Jeevan Pramaan app and go to the operator authentication screen.
Enter Personal Details: On this screen, fill in your personal details such as:
Aadhaar Number
Mobile Number
Email Address
OTP Verification: After filling in the details, enter the OTP (One Time Password) sent to your mobile and email.
Enter Additional Information: Next, you will need to enter your Aadhaar number again along with your name. Check the box to confirm, then select the Scan option.
Authorize Face Scan: You will be asked to authorize the face scan. Once done, click Yes to proceed.
Face Scan Instructions: A guide will appear on the screen, instructing you on how to position your face for the scan. Your photo will be taken during this step.
Pensioner Authentication: After operator authentication, the pensioner authentication screen will appear. Here, you will need to enter:
Aadhaar Number
Mobile Number
Email Address (optional)
Complete Information: Provide the required details and confirm your declaration before submitting the information.
Face Scan Process: After submission, the face scan will start. Once completed, you will receive a Proof ID and PPO number as confirmation of submission of Jeevan Pramaan Patra.
This process makes it easier for pensioners to submit their Jeevan Pramaan Patra without the need to visit the bank, saving time and effort.
