Initial investigation revealed that all this was going on in an online food delivery company, and after this was found out, the company's license was cancelled for a month.
Another such case came in, in which the delivery company had removed the date of garlic bread; an investigation is going on in this matter. The thing to note here is that this is not the first case; 4 to 5 such cases are coming up every month.

If you get an expired product, first contact the e-commerce company and ask for a refund. In case of no solution, you can file a complaint with the consumer protection agency, expired product is not only a breach of trust between business and customers, but also a violation of customer protection laws.
