Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), the nation's leading energy company, has announced recruitment for various Head positions at its Advanced Training Institute (ATI) in Goa. The online application process has begun on March 3rd, 2026, and interested candidates can apply until March 23rd, 2026. No applications will be accepted after that date. For the positions of Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), and Head (Concierge), a bachelor's degree in hotel or hospitality management is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with specialized certification in the relevant field. A minimum of 7 years of service experience is required, including at least 2 years of experience working in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel or resort.

The position of Head (Horticulture) requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or floriculture and landscaping. Seven years of experience in this field is mandatory, including at least two years of experience in gardening or garden design. Candidates with experience working in a hotel or resort will be preferred.

The position of Head (Training and Diving) requires a Diver Trade Certificate from the Indian Navy or a PADI-certified diver. A valid Offshore Medical and Diving Medical Certificate is mandatory before joining. HUET, Basic Lifeguard, and First Aid certification is also required. At least one year of experience providing HUET training is required.

This recruitment drive will fill one position each for Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), Head (Concierge and Overall Experience), Head (Horticulture), and Head (Training and Diving). The annual salary for Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), and Head (Training and Diving) is set at up to ₹12 lakh, while the salary for Head (Concierge and Overall Experience) and Head (Horticulture) is set at ₹10 lakh per annum.

The selection process involves first screening applications and shortlisting eligible candidates. This will be followed by a personal interview and finally, document verification. Final selection will be made based on the interview and document verification.
