After the formation of the corporation, contract and outsourced employees will be appointed in 92 departments and educational institutions of the state. Not only this, employees will also be able to get the benefit of pension, financial help and reservation through the corporation. The UP government has also announced a pension system for outsourced employees. Under this, employees can get pension ranging from Rs 1000 to Rs 7300 every month. If a married employee dies, then his parents will also be able to get a monthly pension of Rs 1000 to Rs 2900.
After getting approval from the cabinet for the formation of Outsource Corporation, a board of directors will be formed under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and a Director General will also be appointed.
