Check LPG Gas Subsidy Status Online: Amid rising inflation, if Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries or regular LPG consumers are concerned about not receiving their gas cylinder subsidy, there is no need to worry. You can check your subsidy status from the comfort of your home using your mobile phone or computer. Common reasons for the subsidy not being credited include an inactive DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) status in the bank account, issues with Aadhaar linking, incomplete e-KYC, or a mismatch in bank details.

You can easily find out whether your subsidy has been released or is stuck in the process—without the hassle of visiting an office—by using the 'mylpg.in' portal launched by the Central Government.

How to check subsidy status online:
First, visit the official portal, mylpg.in. On the home page, select the cylinder icon corresponding to your gas company (e.g., Indane, Bharat Gas, or HP Gas). On the next page, go to the menu and click on the 'Give Your Feedback Online' option. Select 'LPG' from the category list and then navigate to the 'Subsidy Related (PAHAL)' option. Next, click on the 'Subsidy Not Received' option. Enter your registered mobile number or 17-digit LPG ID and submit the details. Full details regarding your recent gas booking and subsidy payments will then appear on your screen.

Four reasons why the subsidy is not credited to your account:
If the status check reveals that the funds have not been released, there could be several technical or administrative reasons for this; these are outlined below. If the mandatory e-KYC process required by the gas agency is not completed, the subsidy is withheld. To receive the subsidy amount directly into your bank account, the account must be linked to Aadhaar, and the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) facility must be active. Payments may get stalled if there is any discrepancy between the name recorded with the gas agency and the bank account details. The amount also fails to get credited if the designated bank account is inactive or frozen.

**File a complaint if the issue remains unresolved**
If the subsidy is not being credited to your account despite having all the correct documents, e-KYC, and bank linking in place, you can lodge a complaint with your respective gas company's toll-free helpline. You may use the numbers listed below for this purpose:
