Application Date and Process
Applications for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority scheme began today, October 3rd, at 11 am. Applications can be made until the evening of October 30th. The deadline for applicants to submit the required documents is November 4th. Under this scheme, plots will be allotted through auction. Applicants who bid higher than the reserve price will receive a plot. Applicants must bid a minimum of ₹50,000. The application fee for this scheme is ₹2,300. After the names of applicants are listed, the registration process will begin.
In which sectors are the plots located?
Plots under the new scheme are located in Noida's Sectors 41, 44, 48, 51, 53, 56, 61, 72, 99, 105, 122, and 151. It is believed that under this scheme, people purchasing plots in these sectors will be able to benefit from better connectivity and modern amenities in the future.
Industrial and Institutional Department Plots Will Also Be Launched
According to YEIDA, this month, not only residential plots but also new schemes for institutional and industrial properties will be launched. This includes four plots from the Institutional Department and seven from the Industrial Department. These schemes are expected to generate approximately ₹450 crore in revenue for the authority. Meanwhile, under YEIDA's Industrial Plot Scheme, only small plots will be allotted through auction. This scheme will create new employment opportunities for over 3,000 people in the area.
