Before the Bihar assembly elections, the Nitish government had opened the treasury for women in Bihar. A new scheme has been announced for them. Under the Chief Minister Women Employment Scheme, women will be given Rs 10,000 as the first installment to start employment. According to the eligibility of this scheme, women of every family in the state can apply. Guidelines have also been issued by the Bihar government regarding this.

According to the guidelines, women wishing to start employment under the Chief Minister Women Employment Scheme will have to join the Jeevika Self Help Group. The amount will be given to women to start work through these groups only. The format of the application form for the scheme has also been decided. Women will start getting money under the scheme from this month itself. Not only this, the work started under this scheme will be assessed for 6 months. After this, women can get financial assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh. Haat markets will be developed in villages and cities for the sale of women's products.

The Bihar government has prepared a list of some works for the first phase of the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana. There are 18 such works mentioned in the list, for which financial assistance of Rs 10,000 will be given under the scheme.

How will you get 2 lakhs?.

Under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana, Rs. 10,000 is being given in the first installment. However, later financial assistance of up to Rs. 2 lakh can be given by the government. However, this money will be in the form of a loan, on which interest may have to be paid at the rate of 12 percent per annum. After 6 months, the business will be assessed and accordingly, help ranging from Rs. 15000 75000 to Rs. 2 lakh can be provided.
