MPPSC SET 2024: The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission is scheduled to close the online application window for the Madhya Pradesh State Eligibility Test or MP SET 2024 today, May 09. All the candidates who have not applied yet should immediately visit the official website (mppsc.mp.gov.in) and fill out and submit their application form.
Editing window will remain open till May 11
The last date to register for MPPSC SET was earlier scheduled for April 20, which was later extended. The extended period of registration is ending today, so eligible candidates should apply today. The editing window will remain open till May 11, 2024.
When will the exam be held?
MP SET 2024 is a state-level written examination to qualify candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The examination will be conducted for 36 subjects. The exam date will be announced later.
MP set will consist of two papers:
i) General Paper on Teaching and Research Aptitude
ii) Selected subject.
Paper-1 will be of 100 marks and you will get 1 hour to complete it. Whereas, Paper-2 will be 200 marks, for which 2 hours is fixed.
Eligibility criteria
Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for the MP Set.
Educational Qualification: Candidates having a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject with 55% marks are eligible to apply for it.
Application fee
The application fee for unreserved category candidates is Rs 500, while Rs 250 is applicable for reserved category candidates.

- Visit the official website mppsc.mp.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on 'Apply Online'.
- Click on the link next to 'Advertisement for State Eligibility Test (SET) 2024 (Advertisement No. 01/SET/Exam/2024), Dated 15/03/2024'.
- Register yourself on the portal and proceed with the application.
- Select SET 2024, fill out the form, pay the fee, and submit.
- Download a copy and take a printout for future reference.
