Students and alumni of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) have a fantastic opportunity to secure a job. The university's Campus Placement Cell is organizing a two-day mega campus placement drive on September 17 and 18, 2026. The event will take place at the B.R. Ambedkar Convention Centre, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi. Candidate reporting will begin at 10:00 AM. This drive is being organized in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Axis Bank Sales Academy (ASA). It will offer employment opportunities across various sectors, including banking, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, logistics, manufacturing, and human resources.

Several major companies are participating in this service-sector job drive scheduled for September 17 and 18. These include Axis Bank, Samsung, iEnergizer, Cogent E Services, Tata Play Fiber, Ather, and 1Point1 Solutions. Recruitment will be conducted for roles such as customer support, sales, banking voice processes, pre-sales, and other positions across these companies.

Over 200 Vacancies at Axis Bank

A key highlight of the placement drive is the special recruitment campaign by the Axis Bank Sales Academy, scheduled for September 17. It offers more than 200 vacancies for the position of Officer Sales (OS1). Candidates who have graduated in any stream are eligible to apply. The age limit for applicants is 21 to 28 years, and work experience ranging from 0 to 9 months is acceptable. The selection process comprises resume shortlisting, an assessment test/interview, five days of virtual training, followed by final onboarding. Who can participate?
