When the man went to the hospital for treatment, doctors immediately advised him to get a rabies vaccine and a tetanus injection. The man also incurred treatment expenses amounting to ₹1,500.

During the hearing, the man presented evidence to the court, including medical prescriptions, tickets, and details of treatment expenses. After reviewing these, the Commission ruled in his favor and ordered the theater management to pay ₹18,000 in compensation.
