Through this recruitment drive, a total of 2,285 appointments will be made across various departments of the state government.

Which Candidates Will Get a Chance?
The Commission has clearly stated that the selection for the Main Examination will be made exclusively from among the candidates who appeared for the PET-2025. Candidates who secured very low marks in the PET, or whose scores are significantly low, will not be given the opportunity to appear for the Main Examination. However, certain candidates whose results are currently under scrutiny have been granted permission to apply on a provisional basis for the time being. A final decision regarding such candidates will be taken only after the Commission completes its verification process.
Which Department Has the Highest Number of Vacancies?
In terms of the number of vacancies, the highest recruitment drive has been announced for the post of Assistant Treasury Accountant. A total of 548 seats have been allocated for this specific post. Following this, recruitment will be conducted for 419 posts of Auditor and 323 posts of Amin/Auctioneer. Recruitment will also be carried out for 238 posts of Executive Officer, 229 posts of Clerk and Accounts Clerk, and 168 posts of Assistant Consolidation Officer.
Reservation Provisions Included
The Commission has also finalized the distribution of seats across various categories. A total of 1,030 seats have been reserved for the Unreserved category. Additionally, 421 posts have been reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC), 49 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 563 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and 222 for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). This allocation is expected to enhance opportunities for candidates belonging to diverse categories, ensuring they receive equal chances.
Application Fee Details
A significant highlight of this recruitment drive is that the application fee has been kept remarkably low. A uniform fee of just ₹25 has been fixed for candidates across all categories. This measure will provide financial relief to economically disadvantaged candidates.

According to the notification issued by the Commission, the deadline for submitting applications has been set for June 18, 2026. Furthermore, should any errors occur in the application form, candidates will have the opportunity to rectify them until June 25, 2026.
