The 22nd installment of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana in Chhattisgarh has been released. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai transferred ₹1000 each to the accounts of women beneficiaries at a program held in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh district on Wednesday. A total of ₹633.89 crore was sent to the accounts of 67,78,674 women as the 22nd installment.
The Mahtari Vandan Yojana, launched on March 1, 2024, is proving to be very effective for women. Under this scheme, an honorarium of ₹1000 is given every month. How to Check Status
To check the status of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, you need to visit the official portal. On the portal, click on the 'Application and Payment Status' tab. Now you can check your account information by entering your registration number or mobile number.
What to do if your name is removed from the Mahtari Vandan Yojana
If your Aadhaar data is not in the record, visit the nearest Aadhaar center to update your Aadhaar. Then go to the bank and get it seeded.
If the Aadhaar number is not mapped to the account.
The beneficiary will have to go to the bank and enable Aadhaar seeding/DBT.
The beneficiary will also have to check if their account is frozen or blocked.
If you have not transacted from your bank account for a long time, the money may also be withheld.
If the bank account is closed, open a new account and link it to the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.
If the beneficiary has passed away, the money transfer may also stop.
