LPG Latest Price: The government is taking steps to ensure a steady supply of LPG. A decision has now been taken to broaden the scope of commercial LPG and extend its availability to several new sectors. Additionally, strict measures are being implemented to tackle black market activities occurring across the country.
To prevent black marketing and hoarding, over 116,000 raids have been conducted so far. As a result of these operations, action has been initiated against approximately 53 LPG distributors. According to the Ministry of Petroleum, a decision has now been made to supply gas to industries such as agriculture, uranium, heavy water, pharmaceuticals, and paints, among others.
