LPG Price: Inflation shock in the festive season, gas cylinder prices increased, will have to pay this much price from today

Yes, before the festive season starts, people have got a big shock of inflation on the very first day of the month of October. Oil marketing companies have increased the prices of gas cylinders.

Prices increased

According to media reports, oil companies have increased the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders. The prices of commercial gas cylinders have increased by Rs 48.5. The new rates have come into effect from Tuesday i.e. October 1, 2024. After this increase, the price of a 19 kg LPG cylinder in the capital Delhi has become Rs 1740. Earlier on September 1, oil marketing companies had increased the price of commercial cylinders by Rs 39. On July 1, oil marketing companies announced a reduction in the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders.

No change in domestic LPG

However, the big news amidst these festivals is that no change has been made in the price of domestic cylinders. Oil marketing companies have increased the prices of only 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders, but no change has been made in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders. Let us tell you that in the national capital Delhi, a domestic LPG cylinder is being sold for Rs 803, while in Kolkata the price of a 14 kg cylinder is Rs 829.
