Commercial LPG Cylinder: While domestic LPG cylinders are widely used across the country, commercial gas is essential for hotels, *dhabas*, and restaurants; however, running out of gas due to a failure to book on time can cause significant inconvenience. Users of domestic LPG cylinders are well aware of how easy it is to book a refill and have it delivered to their doorstep within a few days. To offer similar convenience, Bharatgas has introduced easy booking options for commercial LPG cylinder refills.

How to book commercial LPG?

Bharatgas offers several facilities for booking commercial LPG refills, such as:

1. You can book a commercial LPG refill via the 'HelloBPCL for Business' App.

First, open the 'HelloBPCL for Business' App.
Log in using your registered mobile number.
Navigate to the 'Quick Book & Pay' section.
Enter the number of cylinders required.
Specify whether you need a 19 kg or 47.5 kg cylinder.
Review all the details and click on 'Book Now'.
Finally, make the payment online or via credit card.
Your cylinder will be booked.

2. You can also book a cylinder via a phone call using the IVRS service.

Call 7715012345 from your registered mobile number.
Select your preferred language and then choose the refill booking option.
Specify the number of cylinders required.
The system will provide details regarding your commercial ID and the booking.
Confirm the booking if all the details are correct. After this, your cylinder will be booked, and a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Please ensure that you book using your registered mobile number.

3. You can also book a cylinder by sending a message to the WhatsApp number 1800224344.

To do this, first send "Hi" to 1800224344.
You will be presented with several options; select the "Refill Booking" option.
Then, complete the booking process.

4. Additionally, commercial cylinders can be booked online by visiting the customer website my.ebharatgas.com.

To do this, visit the website my.ebharatgas.com.
Log in to your account.
Select the "Commercial LPG Refill" option.
Then, complete the booking.

Update your mobile number

If your mobile number has changed or is unavailable for any reason, please get it updated as soon as possible. Bharatgas has also urged customers to share the DAC (Delivery Authentication Code) at the time of delivery. This specific feature is available for commercial cylinder customers, and bookings can be made through any of these channels.
