If your Aadhaar Card is lost or damaged then you have an option, through which you can get a soft copy of your Aadhaar Card for free. To get a free soft copy of the Aadhar Card, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the Aadhar Card.
You will get many facilities on the My Aadhaar portal. If you want to get a soft copy of Aadhaar, go to Download Aadhaar.
Here you will see the option to enter 12 digit Aadhaar number or enrollment number. Now you will get OTP on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number, which will have to be verified by entering it on the next window. After OTP verification, you can download the e-Aadhaar card and it will be a password-protected PDF.
If you want a physical copy, you can order an Aadhar card through the same process. Aadhaar PVC card can be ordered by visiting this portal, for which you will be charged a fee of Rs 50. After ordering an Aadhaar PVC card, your address will come through the post office.
