If you want a 36 page passport with 10 years validity, then you will have to pay a fee of Rs 1500 for it. For Tatkal you will have to pay a fee of Rs 2000. So for a 60-page passport with the same validity, the fee is Rs 2000. So for Tatkal, you have to pay a fee of Rs 2000.

To get your passport renewed, you have to go to https://www.passportindia.gov.in/psp. After this, you have to complete the process. And within 30 to 60 days you will get the passport.
