How to Submit Your Life Certificate
You can choose from two options:
1. Digital Submission via Jeevan Pramaan Portal
Visit Jeevan Pramaan for all details about submitting a Digital Life Certificate (DLC).
Steps to Generate Jeevan Pramaan Patra (Digital Life Certificate):

- Install AADFaceRD or Jeevan Pramaan Face App from Google Play Store.

Provide Key Details:
- Aadhaar number (linked to your pension account).
- Pension Payment Order (PPO).
- Bank details and mobile number.

Biometric Authentication:
- Use a fingerprint scanner or iris scan for Aadhaar verification.

Download Certificate:
- Receive your Jeevan Pramaan ID via SMS.
- Download the certificate from the Jeevan Pramaan website.

Share with Pension Authority:
- The certificate will be electronically delivered to your pension disbursing agency.
2. Offline Submission

- Visit your bank, post office, or pension disbursing center with a physical Life Certificate form.
- Submit the completed form to the respective branch.
