LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana: Many schemes are being run across the country to empower women and make them financially strong. They are given from 1000 to 2500 rupees. One of these is the LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana, under which women are being given up to Rs 7000 every month. However, very few women know about this scheme.
Actually, Life Insurance Corporation of India is giving women an opportunity to become women agents under this scheme. Under this, women are given professional training. Also, a stipend is given every month for three years. The objective of this scheme of LIC is to increase the contribution of women in the workforce and strengthen their financial condition.
Who can apply?
Women between 18 and 70 years can apply for LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana. 10th pass women are given priority in the scheme. This scheme is not a regular job of LIC. This is a stipend-based opportunity, which LIC provides. It is worth noting that old employees of LIC, their family members, and relatives cannot apply for this.
How much stipend is given?
First year: Rs 7,000 per month
Second year: Rs 6,000 per month. However, this is given only when 65% of the policies of the first year are active.
Third year: Rs 5,000 per month. This is given when 65% of the policies of the second year are active.
It is worth noting that to get the stipend every year, at least 24 insurance policies have to be sold. In the first year, a commission of Rs 48,000 has to be earned.

You can apply for this scheme by visiting the LIC office or website. Or you can also go to your nearest kiosk. Interested candidates will need these documents for this scheme:
Photo - Passport size
Age proof - Birth certificate or 10th mark sheet
Address proof - Aadhaar, Voter ID or electricity bill
Education - 10th mark sheet
The thing to note here is that if you fill incomplete information or apply without documents, then your application will be rejected.
