Haryana government has launched a dedicated mobile application for women to apply under the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana (DDLLY). With this step, lakhs of women in the state can now easily apply from their phones and receive direct financial assistance of ₹2100 every month. The scheme was officially launched on 25 September 2025, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini unveiled the mobile app from Panchkula, announcing that the first installment will begin reaching eligible women’s bank accounts from 1 November 2025. Within just a few hours of its launch, the app recorded more than one lakh downloads, reflecting the strong interest among women across the state.
Who Can Apply for Lado Laxmi Yojana?
The scheme is designed to provide financial relief to women aged 23 to 60 years. A maximum of three women from one family can benefit from the program, each receiving ₹2100 monthly.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Fill Lado Laxmi Yojana Form Online
The application form can be submitted in six easy steps directly through the app. Here’s how:
1. Personal Details
Enter the applicant’s full name, date of birth, age, and details confirming her residence in Haryana.
2. Address Information
Provide complete residential details, including house address, village/town, district, and pincode.
3. Family Details
Enter the information of all family members, including their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) details and Aadhaar card numbers.
4. Income Details
Fill in the annual family income and its sources. Currently, the scheme is open only to families with an income of up to ₹1 lakh per year.
5. Bank Account Information
This is the most crucial step. Applicants must enter their active bank account details linked with Aadhaar and verified through e-KYC. The mobile number associated with the account should also be active. Bank account number, IFSC code, and branch name will be required. Incorrect details may lead to rejection of the application.
6. Final Verification
To ensure the authenticity of the applicant, the app requires a live photo. Applicants must use the phone’s front camera, blink, and smile while the photo is captured. Once verified, the form can be submitted successfully.
