Women in Madhya Pradesh may have to wait a little longer for the next installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana in the new year. The 32nd installment of the Chief Minister's Ladli Behna Yojana is usually transferred in the month of January. Last month, the installment of Rs. 1500 was credited on December 9th. However, this time, there might be a delay in the money reaching the accounts.

According to reports, 1.26 crore women in the state may have to wait until mid-January for the Rs. 1500 grant under the Chief Minister's Ladli Behna Yojana. The 32nd installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana is expected to be credited to women's accounts on January 15th. On Thursday, January 15th, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav may transfer Rs. 1500 each to the accounts of eligible women in the state. However, the final details of the Ladli Behna program are yet to be finalized.

The Ladli Behna Yojana amount may increase this year.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had announced last year that the amount under the Ladli Behna Yojana would be increased in a phased manner and would reach Rs. 3000 by 2028. Last year in November, the amount was increased by Rs. 250 to Rs. 1500. This time, it is expected that there might be another increase in the new financial year. However, nothing official has been announced yet.
