During this festive season, beneficiaries hope the government might transfer the financial aid to their accounts early or on a specific date. Typically, the sum of ₹1,250 is credited to bank accounts on the 10th of the month, though it has occasionally been released a day or two early due to festivals.

Mistakes that could stall the payment

The administration has clarified that installments may be withheld for women whose bank accounts are not linked to Aadhaar or whose DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) is not activated. Often, women open bank accounts but fail to visit the branch to enable DBT. If you faced any issues receiving the previous installment, visit your bank branch immediately to rectify the problem.

e-KYC on the Samagra Portal is mandatory

It is essential that the Aadhaar e-KYC details match across both the Ladli Bahna portal and the Samagra portal. If details such as your name, father's/husband's name, or date of birth in your Samagra ID do not match those on your Aadhaar card, the system may reject the data. You can easily update these details by visiting a nearby CSC center or an MP Online kiosk.

How to check your installment status from home

Any woman can check the status of her application and payment by visiting the scheme's official website (ladlibahna.mp.gov.in):

Visit the portal and click on the 'Application and Payment Status' (Aavedan evam Bhugtan ki Sthiti) option. Enter your 'Ladli Behna' application number or Samagra Member ID.
Enter the captcha code and submit the OTP received on your mobile.
Full details of all previous installments and the upcoming installment will appear on the screen.
