JoSAA Counselling 2024: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is set to release the seat allotment results for Round 2 on June 27. Candidates who are waiting for the results of Round 2 seat allotment can check the results by visiting the official website josaa.nic.in after the results are released. As per the schedule posted on the official website, the seat allotment results will be released at 5 pm. Candidates who want to check the results must keep their login credentials such as JEE Main application number, password, and security PIN ready. After the release of the seat allotment list, candidates have to complete the online reporting/uploading of documents by July 2, 2024. As per the official schedule, the last date for fee payment (Round 2) is July 1, 2024, till 5 pm.
On what basis is the seat allotment list prepared
The seat allotment list is prepared based on the choices filled by the candidates. Only those who have cleared the JEE Mains 2024 and JEE Advanced 2024 exams are eligible for JoSAA counseling 2024.
After the announcement of Round 2 JoSAA seat allotment, candidates who have been allotted seats can report online for admission till July 2, 5 pm.

Let us inform you that JoSAA counseling will be completed in five rounds. After the second round, the third allotment list will be declared on July 4, the fourth on July 10, and the fifth on July 17. After all five rounds are over, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will conduct two rounds of counseling between July 17 and 24 for the remaining seats of the NIT+ system (seats of NIT, IIIT, IIEST, and other GFTIs).
