Upcoming IPOs: The third week of December 2025 is going to be a busy one for investors. If you are planning to invest in the primary market, i.e., IPOs, this week could be crucial for you. On one hand, four new companies are launching their IPOs, while on the other hand, fifteen companies are making their debut on the stock market through listings.

KSH International's Big Bet
The biggest attraction this week is the mainboard IPO of KSH International. Investors will be able to bid on this issue from December 16th, and it will remain open until December 18th. The company aims to raise Rs 710 crore from the market for its expansion plans. This includes the issuance of new shares worth Rs 420 crore, while the remaining Rs 290 crore will be through an Offer for Sale (OFS). The price band for this IPO has been fixed at Rs 365 to Rs 384 per share.

Three Smaller IPOs Also in the Pipeline
Not only large companies, but small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are also ready to attract investors this week. First, the IPO of Neptune Logitek is opening on December 15th. The price of this Rs 46.62 crore issue is Rs 126 per share. However, there's a catch for retail investors—they will have to apply for a minimum of two lots (a total of 2000 shares).

In addition, the IPOs of two more companies—MARC Technocrats and Global Ocean Logistics India—will also open for subscription from December 17th. The price band for MARC Technocrats is Rs 88-93, while Global Ocean's price is set at Rs 74-80 per share. In the case of Global Ocean, retail investors will have to invest a little more, as it is mandatory to apply for a minimum of 3200 shares (equivalent to two lots).

Listing of 15 Companies
This week is not only about investing money but also about seeing the results of previous investments. A total of 15 companies are going to be listed on the stock market this week. On December 15, 'Wakefit Innovations' and 'Corona Remedies' will be listed on the mainboard segment, which are being closely watched by the market. In addition, shares of 'Nephrocare Health' and 'Park Medi World' will also start trading on the BSE and NSE on December 17.

The SME sector is witnessing a flood of listings. On December 15, companies like K.V. Toys and Riddhi Display will enter the market. By the end of the week, i.e., December 19, shares of companies like Stanbic Agro and Ashwini Container Movers will also be listed.
