At the same time, private bank HDFC is offering interest rates between 3% and 7.35% per annum for tenures ranging from 7 days to 10 years and for tenures ranging from 18 months to less than 2 years, HDFC Bank is offering 7.25% interest for general citizens.

The bank offers 7.99% per annum interest on FDs for tenures from 1 year 5 months to less than 1 year 6 months and 7.75% for tenures from 1 year 6 months to 2 years.
