Meta-owned social media app Instagram has released a new feature. After this new update, you can also share live locations with your friends. This feature has been on Meta's other app WhatsApp for a long time. This live location sharing of Instagram has been added to the direct message which is with the sticker pack.

In Instagram, live location can be shared with stickers and nicknames, that is, you will be able to share location with friends in messages with a nickname different from your name. According to the Instagram update, live locations can be shared for a maximum of 1 hour.

This new feature of Instagram will be especially useful for those who do parties or want to gather with friends at a special place. The new feature allows users to share real-time live locations.

How to use Instagram's live location feature

First of all, update your Instagram app.

Now go to direct message.

Here you will see many stickers.

Select the stickers with the location from these.

Now give access to the location and share it with the nickname.
