The issue stemmed from a Google Maps glitch; instead of directing travelers to the passenger terminal via Kishorpur village, the app was showing a route to the cargo terminal. Many travelers followed this path and arrived at the cargo terminal, where security personnel at the cargo gate stopped them and informed them that it was not the passenger terminal. Consequently, travelers had to cover an extra 20 kilometers and pay additional toll charges.
